In 2008 I founded the Well Seasoned Chalet Cookery Course which took place in the French Alps throughout the summer months and on which I was the principal tutor. The course was specifically designed for people to gain the skills to work as a chalet chef in a traditional alpine chalet for the winter ski season.
Plans for the Well Seasoned Chalet Cookery Course are currently on hold while I concentrate on furthering my own skills as a chef, working in events catering across the south east of England. However I am looking at options to continue running the course possibly in the UK in future, and also continue to teach when I can.

The course takes place in the famous ski resort of Tignes - also a thriving summer alpine resort. We hope the relaxed style of teaching combined with luxury chalet accommodation and stunning backdrop of the French Alps will inspire and excite you!
It’s not all work work work! We’ve included free time throughout the week so you can make the most of the activities on offer in resort from skiing and snowboarding on the Glaciers of Tignes and Val D’Isere to Mountain Biking, Hiking, Tennis, Golf, Football, Basketball, Volleyball and more!
